Zhidun is a productivity SaaS subscription service. We do not provide cryptocurrency services, gambling, adult content, or payment processing on behalf of third parties.
Plain-English summary: Zhidun is delivered digitally as a subscription. Unless a refund is required by law or explicitly stated at checkout, subscription fees are non-refundable.
1. Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). Unless you cancel before renewal, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to charge your payment method.
