Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to Zhidun, a subscription SaaS product operated by Zhidun LLC ("Zhidun", "we", "us", or "our").

Zhidun is a productivity SaaS subscription service. We do not provide cryptocurrency services, gambling, adult content, or payment processing on behalf of third parties.

Plain-English summary: You can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. We stop future renewals after cancellation.

1. How to Cancel

You can cancel in one of the following ways:

From your account billing settings (if available in your plan).
By emailing business@zhidun.ai from the account owner/admin email.

2. When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features through that date.

3. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. After cancellation, we will not charge you for subsequent billing periods (subject to payment processor timing and any outstanding invoices).

4. Refunds

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. For refund rules, see Refund Policy.
