Zhidun is a productivity SaaS subscription service. We do not provide cryptocurrency services, gambling, adult content, or payment processing on behalf of third parties.
Plain-English summary: Zhidun is a digital service. After you subscribe, we provide access via account login for the duration of your active subscription.
1. Service Delivery
Zhidun is delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
- Access method: account login to the web application and related services.
- Availability: access is available while your subscription is active and in good standing.
2. Provisioning Time
In most cases, access is provisioned immediately after a successful payment confirmation by the payment processor. If provisioning is delayed, contact us and we will assist.
3. Support and Service Issues
